Deposit Information

There is a fully refundable $75.00 Security Deposit that will be held until you have vacated the apartment, and will be returned to you if no charges need to be assessed. In addition there is a non-refundable $175 administration fee and a $25 application fee.

Our apartments are conveniently located less than one mile from A&M campus and Northgate Center. So walk, bike, drive, or take the shuttle to your destination. Our residents enjoy fully furnished apartments that provide the privacy of your own individually leased bedroom and bath. We provide your appliances, full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet access (8 MB), extended cable with HBO, water, and sewer!

Our clubhouse is second to none. You can enjoy our great game room that features a shuffleboard, pool and air hockey tables, a big screen TV, a PS2 system with games, a free tanning bed, fitness center, and computer lab. Of course you can also enjoy our on-site basketball and sand volleyball courts. In addition, we have a great pool and deck with a hot tub that seats 16 people!
