A $350 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per apartment is required. We allow 1 pet per occupant with a maximum of 3 pets per apartment.

Deposit Information

Security deposit of $200 is required for 9-month leases at the time of application.

Application fee of $35 per applicant required at the time of application.
